Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is made. However, we do provide replacements in specific cases as outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacement
A product is eligible for replacement if:
– It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
– You notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
– The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Replacement Process

– Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
– Once approved, a replacement will be arranged for the same item (subject to availability).
– Please allow us 3 days to get back to you for replacements
Important Notes
– No refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect.
– Products damaged due to mishandling or after use are not eligible for replacement.
– In case the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar replacement at our discretion.
